Processing Time: Our commitment to quality means taking the time to prepare your order with the utmost care. Typically, we’re able to ship orders within 3-4
business days. We strive for efficiency without compromising on the quality you expect and deserve.
Shipping Times: For our customers in North America, we estimate a shipping time of 5-7 business days following a processing period of 48-72 hours. While we aim to meet these shipping estimates, please note that actual delivery times are subject to the postal service’s schedule. Once an order leaves our hands and is scanned by the post office, it embarks on a journey beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any shipping delays, re-routes, or delivery failures that may occur.
Customer Support: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns regarding the status of your order, we’re here to help. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Returns: In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process. To return an item, please email us at customerservice@linestreetcandle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided in the email from customer service.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
